ATV, Motorcycle & SUV Dealerships: Customer Appreciation Days (CAD):
During CAD's, your customers will be introduced to something they may not have otherwise experienced. They will be able to test their machines and overcome obstacles which they never believed they could! These outings allow you and your customers to gather in a picnic-like environment where new products (vehicles, accessories, etc.) may be introduced, or where you may encourage friendly competitions between customers - or even between customers and your dealership's staff! These CAD's also give you the opportunity to get to know your customer in a non-threatening environment as you mingle and share experiences. Typical CAD:

This
program allows your dealership to perform customer service outside
of the showroom. Your customers will be taught how to use their
machines to its fullest capability safely and effectively. Since an
off-road excursion can be fun for the whole family, the inherent
risks to off-road driving should be stressed before the family jumps
into their vehicle and departs for the mountain trails. You can
provide your customers a place to learn and practice the techniques
under relatively safe conditions before wandering out too far
unprepared. This enables your dealership to develop a lasting
relationship with your customers, as well as encourage repeat
business.
